The Treatment
Upon arrival, you’ll remove any makeup or lotions, and a numbing cream will be applied to the treatment area. This cream takes about 30 minutes to take effect, giving you time to relax, hydrate, and ask questions. Once numbed, your clinician will begin the treatment, which typically lasts between 30 and 90 minutes. The ultrafine needles and RF energy penetrate deeply into the skin, heating the underlying layers to tighten and rejuvenate through soft-tissue coagulation and stimulating collagen and elastin production. The entire process takes less than two hours, promising months of tighter, smoother skin.

Treatment times may vary, but you can expect to spend 60-90 minutes in the clinic, depending on your numbing preferences. This includes preparation, aftercare, and the treatment itself. Potenza treatments are well-tolerated, and numbing cream is available to enhance comfort, as pain tolerance varies from patient to patient.
As with all treatments at B Medical Spa, an in-depth consultation will take place before the treatment begins. Every step of the process will be explained, and aftercare instructions will be provided for the days following treatment. The building of elastin and collagen typically occurs 4-6 weeks after treatment, with optimal results usually seen 12 weeks after the last session.
